The philosophy of the Dean’s Office is to cultivate a safe, orderly and effective environment that promotes mutual respect and encourages citizenship. A culture predicated on mutual respect and citizenship will enhance students’ academic success and prepare them to be responsible, contributing members of society. It is our goal to facilitate the development, articulation, implementation, and stewardship of a vision of discipline with dignity that is shared and supported by the school community.
