Congratulations to Chatham-Glenwood and Cary-Grove for a terrific and exciting champioship final. Chatham-Glenwood victorious by a 2-1 margin and earning the tournament championship. Both teams played very well and was a match very worthy of the tournament final. In the third place game Wauconda defeated Prospect 1-0 and in the consolation championship Deerfield beat Crystal South on PK's after a 0-0 result through regulation. The All-tournament team will be posted in the near future.

Varsity News Varsity dropped its regional opener to St. Viator 1-0 on Wednesday 5.14. In a very even matchup the Lady Knights could not find the finishing touch and a tough defensive match ended with St. Viator scoring the goal ahead goal about 15 minutes into the second half. The pressure was applied valiantly by the Lady Knights but despite their efforts they could not find the back of the net with the equalizer. St. Viator moved on and the season's end has come for the 2007-2008 Varsity Soccer team. A terrific season in which the Lady Knights finished second in the East with a 3-0-2 record. A Moline Invitational Tournament Championship and a very successful season's record of 11-5-5. Congratulations VARSITY on a terrific season.
