1. File the online application or complete a paper application.

2. Turn in a Transcript Request form to the College and Career Center (CCC). Attach supplementary paperwork to Transcript Request form as required (paper application, Secondary School Report, Early Decision contract, Seventh Semester Transcript Request form, etc.). The first three transcript requests are free; subsequent requests are $1.00 each.

3. Send ACT and/or SAT scores to the college electronically.

If you have not sent the scores to a particular college by specifying when registering for the test, visit these web sites to arrange for scores to be sent:

SAT: www.collegeboard.com

4. Ask teachers to send Letters of Recommendation directly to colleges when required

5. Check to make sure college has received all application materials.
