Summer Information
Summer is just around the corner. Make sure that you sign up for camp, which runs from Monday, June 15th to Thursday, July 2nd at Forest View Educational Center. Camp runs from 7:30 to 9:30 Monday thru Thursday. Strength and conditioning will run from 9:30 to 10:30.
For players interested in helping with the Junior Knights Camp, please see Felicia Walter in the Athletic Director's Office by the fieldhouse to get a packet to fill out.
Below are the schedules for the Maine West League, Trinity League (NAVY Team) and Stevenson League (COLUMBIA & WHITE Teams). ALL levels will play in the Maine West Observation Tournament on Friday July 17th and Saturday July 18th. Remember that we help host this tournament with Maine West, it is a good fundraiser for us as we host games and run a concession stand. We will need everyone's help to make this a successful event for our program and the teams that we will host in the tournament.

**Please note the 1st two weeks of the league ill be at Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois. The school is about 4 blocks west of Trinity High School on Division Street.

Join the LADY KNIGHT'S CHAMPIONS CHALLENGE:
What does it mean to be a CHAMPION? A champion is a athlete that gives everything they have to becoming the best that they can be. Arnold Schwarzenegger said "The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens." There will be days that you may not want to go out and shoot for 30 minutes or practice your ball handling, but that is what separates the every day player from the Champion. Think you have what it takes? Take the CHALLENGE!!
